Face Recognition On Facebook

Now this could be cool.. I love the idea of taking a photo of a chick at the beach and uploading it to my Facebook page and Face Book telling me who she is. Maybe Facebook can also automatically send her a friend request for me, ask her out on a date and make a dinner reservation. I few weeks back I posted Not Getting All Your News Feeds On Facebook which went over a change Facebook had made that not many people knew about. For those who went in and changed their setting you noticed you are now seeing all your friends posts. Thank me later. So tell me if you think this face recognition is good or bad. Is Facebook becoming big brother? They have a database of over 500 Million people and now they are incorporating face recognition to all the photos they have in their database. Some things just have to be seen. Everyone knows the saying “You had to be there”. Well this is kind of like that but this is a “you have to see it”. The title kind of says it all, but it should also say, some people are crazy. Quarterback Trick Shots

What is with all these quarterbacks putting up their trick shot videos? We put on the site a few months back the back up quarterback from UConn putting on a clinic with trick shots. I am watching an NBA game last night and I was wishing half the players on the floor could shoot like Gunnar Legas. This kid is from Provo Utah and is only in the 7th grade. I think that is what is so impressive about him. Walk to your local JR High and tell me you see a lot of 7th graders with his composure. I am not really too sure about the blindfolded throws or why his dad or coach is wearing a bandanna wrapped around his head like he is the lead singer of Lover Boy, but the kid has some serious game. A Real Woman

In 2009, Glamour magazine published a photo of a topless woman sitting comfortably with a confident smile across her face. Nothing too out of the ordinary except for the fact that she is a 5’11″, 180 lb plus-size model and that the undoctored photo also revealed her belly “pooch” and stretch marks. People made a really big deal out of it and lots of women wrote into Glamour praising them for finally showing off someone with average body measurements and typical flaws. It makes me wonder what men think when they see this photo because I firmly believe that women put way more pressure on one another to look unattainably perfect than the pressure women get from men to look sexy. Snoop Dog at 4th & B

Snoop Dogg on 4/20/11 it can’t get better than. We definitely had a treat coming to San Diego when Rock Hill presents Snoop Dogg – Seedless 420 Party was set. All of San Diego’s heavy hitters were beckoned downtown to the 4^th and B for some high times with Seedless and Snoop Dogg. With the epic music building the momentum toward a point breaking Snoop strolled on the stage with the bump of the bass and the rattle of the speakers. It was on. I am truly perplexed that so many of my friends are against a mosque being built at Ground Zero. I think it should be the goal of every American to be tolerant. Thus the Mosque should be allowed, in an effort to promote tolerance.
